Apartment with Garden - Mountain Stay in Rocca di Mezzo

Lovely apartment located in the center of Rocca di Mezzo, on the ground floor, with a small private and fenced garden, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing surrounded by greenery.

Inside we find: a cozy living room with TV and working fireplace; fully equipped kitchen; two bedrooms: one double and one with bunk beds plus one pull-out; a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is also a single sofa bed in the living room.
To complete the property, there is a parking space in the underground garage, with snow equipment storage area.

The house is ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people and is 400 meters from the central square of Rocca di Mezzo, with the ski lifts easily accessible: Campo Felice → 10 minutes by car, Ovindoli Ski Resort → 14 minutes by car

To know:

• The house is equipped with all necessary linens (one set per person: sheets and towels).
• The fireplace is working; wood is not provided but readily available nearby. Cooking on the fireplace is not permitted
• For stays of 2 people, only the double bed is prepared; if two separate beds are desired, there is an extra charge of €10 for linen and preparation of the second bed.
• Pets allowed on request, with surcharge.
• Winter heating not included in price -> A deposit of €15/night is required before stay; actual consumption is calculated at end of stay. Guests must photograph the meter upon arrival and departure to determine actual consumption (cost €2 per shot). Any differences with the down payment will be adjusted later. Heating can be adjusted directly via the thermostat in the house.
