The apartment is located within the prestigious Castelgandolfo Golf Country Club and directly overlooks Hole 1 of the splendid course designed by the famous Robert Trent Jones. It is within a private condominium with access reserved exclusively for residents and guests of the Golf Club.
It is the ideal place for those who want to disconnect from the city pace: here the only sounds you'll hear in the morning will be the song of birds and cicadas.
The house, bright and cozy and located on the second floor, consists of: a living room with a fireplace and fully equipped open kitchen; a bathroom with bathtub; two bedrooms, one double and one with a sofa bed; two small terraces, one of which is in front with a relaxing view of the green golf course, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or quiet moments.
💡 Need to know:The house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.We provide all necessary linens; no additional sets are allowed unless by prior arrangement.The fireplace is working; wood is not provided, but easily available in the area. It does not have a grill for cooking.For stays of 2 people, only the double bed is prepared; if two separate beds are preferred, there is an extra charge of €10 for linens and preparation of the sofa bed.During the summer period, guests have access to the Golf Club swimming pool (about 5 minutes from the house) upon reservation and payment of €15 per person at the club office.Pets are allowed upon request when making reservations, with extra charge.For stays over 13 days, a cleaning service is mandatory every two weeks at a cost of €40.
