Villetta sul Mare - Accommodation on the beach in San Felice Circeo

The cottage is located inside the "Lido di Torre Olevola" condominium in San Felice Circeo, in an ideal location: it is the second house from the sea, so in a few steps you will be with your feet in the sand.
The property has two private courtyards, one at the front and one at the back, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in peace.
Inside, the house welcomes guests into a cozy living room tastefully furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a fireplace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave and everything you need to cook comfortably.
In the sleeping area are:a double bedroom with a large built-in closet; a twin bedroom with two single beds;a bathroom with shower and window located between the two rooms.Both rooms overlook the back yard through French doors. There is also a small independent annex here, consisting of a room with a French bed and a private bathroom with shower.The two courtyards are furnished with a table, umbrella and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors.The house is perfect for families with children, but also for couples or groups of friends: it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

There is a bar and a small well-stocked grocery store at the exit of the condominium driveway.A short walk will take you to the waterfront restaurants, the port of San Felice Circeo, and the center of La Cona.Private parking is also available within the front yard.

💡 Need to know:During June-September, a subscription to the adjacent bathing establishment is included, entitling you to one umbrella and two deck chairs (sunbeds available for a fee).Ideal for families with children, who can reach the beach barefoot and in total safety, but also for adults who want comfort and convenience at their fingertips. The house has air conditioning, to be turned off when not present.Water and electricity consumption included in the stay (any additional charges for heating from Oct. 1 to March 31). Full linens are provided (one set per person: sheets and towels).The fireplace is working, but wood is not provided; it can be easily found nearby. A grill is not available for cooking.
